Join the Mission – Become a Saint Sharbel Conference Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart of the Saint Sharbel Conference. From welcoming guests at the gate, guiding cars in the parking field, assisting with seating and security, to helping with setup, food stalls, and prayer stations—there’s a role for every willing soul. Serving as a steward of the sacred is both joyful and meaningful, and you’ll be part of a deeply spiritual experience shared with thousands of fellow Catholics. Whether you’re handing out programs or quietly praying with someone in need, your presence will help make this event a blessing for all who attend.

While we don’t have the funds to pay those who volunteer, we do offer free entry and meals as a thank you to those donating their time.
