Vendor Application

2025 Conference Vendor Tables

We invite Catholic artists, authors, ministries, and businesses to apply for a vendor space at the Saint Sharbel Conference. Each accepted vendor will be provided with a 6-foot table in our designated vendor area, located near the main gathering tent and food stalls. The cost is €100 for the full weekend (July 11–13), offering excellent visibility to thousands of attendees. Once your application is approved, our team will follow up with payment instructions and setup details. Space is limited, so early application is encouraged!
